Nagarahole National Park: A place with Many Streams

It was announced as a national park in the year 1988. This national Park was announced as the 37th Project Tiger Reserve of India in the year 1999 known as Nagarahole Tiger Reserve. The area covered by this national park is 640 square km.
About the Wildlife of Nagarahole:
Home to some of the rare, unique, and endangered species such as tigers, leopards, wild dogs, sloth bears, hyenas, deer, sambar deer, four-horned antelope, etc. And to add to the family members of this jungle family, this national park is also home to over 250 species of birds.

The reason why people often choose the train over the air is that they are less expensive and are another quicker medium to travel. The nearest railway station to Nagarhole National Park is Mysore Junction. This railway station is situated at a distance of 96 kilometers from the Nagarahole National Park. You can reach your destination from the railway station with the help of a bus or taxi.
