The Jeep and Bus safari in Nagarahole is completely managed by the jungle area officials working under the Forest Ministry of the Government of Karnataka.

- Book safaris for the right shift: morning or afternoon.
- Prefer online booking to avoid queue discomfort on arrival.
- Keep your safari date, timing and vehicle choice ready while submitting.
Personal Information
- Provide full name exactly as on the ID card.
- Enter the correct photo ID number for every guest.
- Use the same ID at the reporting gate; mismatches can cancel bookings.
- For Indian nationals: Passport, Driving License, PAN, Voter ID, Aadhaar, or other Government IDs (as available).
- For foreign nationals: Passport is required as photo ID proof.

Tips for a Successful Visit
- Park roads are open daily from 6:00 a.m.
- DSLR camera fee may apply based on lens size.
- Wildlife spotting is often best in summer (March–April) near water bodies.
- From November to February, the outside climate is more comfortable.
- Monsoon (July–October) can affect safari operations due to road conditions.
- Jeep routes follow fixed route patterns where applicable.
- Weekends can be crowded—book early to save time.
